Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • A completed return form must accompany your package
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear & nightwear and swimwear unless items arrive defective or incorrect. All other categories in our collections (including accessories, outerwear, knitwear, and footwear) are eligible for returns.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange. You may use the template provided below.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Include all original packaging and a completed return form (generated after your return request is approved).
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our Houston headquarters using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size or color):

  1. Follow the same process as returns, clearly specifying your desired replacement item
  2. We will ship your new item once the original is received and inspected
  3. Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable

Refund Timeline & Methods

  • Processing begins when we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days)
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
